Eric Tilton

Hello, I’m Eric, one of the passionate developers at T&W Web Design. Since 2017, I’ve been immersed in the fascinating world of web development, constantly challenging myself to solve problems and find elegant solutions. There’s a genuine joy I find in coding and designing websites, where I can blend logic and creativity to craft meaningful digital experiences.

Regarding my education and work experience, I earned my Bachelor of Computer Information Science degree at Washburn University. I also graduated from a 6-month Web Development Bootcamp and have recently earned my Masters in Information Technology at Emporia State University. I have gained valuable experience working for diverse businesses and government organizations, including the Kansas High School Activities Association, the Kansas Department of Health and Environment, and the American Bar Foundation.

The decision to create T&W Web Design was driven by a personal pursuit of fulfillment. I always wanted the freedom to work on my terms, embracing a lifestyle where I could find happiness and work wherever I wanted in the world. Additionally, I felt a deep desire to assist others in achieving their own aspirations, whatever they may be, by leveraging my skills in web development.

Within T&W Web Design, I approach each project with a human touch. Understanding your unique goals, values, and dreams is of utmost importance to me. By combining my technical expertise with a deep appreciation for aesthetics, I aim to create websites that resonate with both you and your audience. It’s about making a genuine connection and building an online presence that reflects your brand’s identity.

At T&W Web Design, you can expect a dedicated partner who truly listens and understands your needs. I’m here to collaborate closely with you, ensuring that the website we create together is a true reflection of your vision. Throughout the process, I remain committed to providing a personal touch, meticulous attention to detail, and ongoing support.

Scott Weinkauf

Hello! I’m Scott, and my coding journey began in 2022. I earned a Full-Stack Web Development Certificate from Kansas University in 2023, and since then, I’ve worked on diverse projects, including a social media site for coding, a movie tracking platform, and an employee database application. Now, I’m thrilled to embark on the next chapter of my web development journey as I co-found T&W Web Designs with Eric Tilton.

Allow me to share a bit about my background. I’m a Topeka native and a graduate of Topeka High. I also hold a Bachelor’s degree from Washburn University. My experience spans various fields, making me a jack of all trades, with expertise in sales, marketing, event planning, and even movie-making. Drawing from this breadth of knowledge and creativity, I’ll craft a visually appealing and customized front end for your website, tailored precisely to your unique business.

As a developer, my ultimate goal is to combine the latest technology with artistic flair to deliver top-notch web solutions for both businesses and individuals. As part of our dedicated team of experienced web designers and developers at T&W Web Design, we strive to offer you tailor-made websites that stand out from the crowd and breathe life into your vision. For me, web design is more than mere coding—it’s an art form that demands a deep understanding of your needs, a keen eye for aesthetics, and a mastery of user experience.

That’s precisely why Eric and I founded T&W Web Design—to harness our creative strengths and provide website designs that flawlessly align with your goals. Let me be the one to transform your online presence into an awe-inspiring digital masterpiece.

Jared Sanchez

My name is Jared Sanchez, and I am 33 years old. I am honored to be married to my wife, Jessica, and together we have 5 children. I enjoy spending time outdoors, being active, trying new things, and cherishing moments with my family. More recently, I have been delving into the thrilling world of slaying demons from the depths of despair on Diablo 4.

My journey into software development and engineering began in 2021 while working in insurance sales. It all started when I received an email about educational programs for coding software. Intrigued, I embarked on thorough research, shadowing a couple of engineers and developers in our IT department, and finally enrolling in an intensive 12-week online program.

During a contract position at the State of Kansas, I had the opportunity to modify, revise, and refactor three different projects. This experience has strengthened my problem-solving and critical thinking skills, and I look forward to utilizing these abilities to provide value in my future endeavors.

I am enthusiastic about honing my existing skills and knowledge of various technologies, as well as eagerly embracing and learning from new technologies. The ever-evolving nature of software development excites me, and I am eager to contribute to innovative projects.
